The Syrian, Lebanese and Kurdish chefs at Lawrence bring a wide variety of culinary delights to the table and serve you mainly traditional Syrian dishes : from fresh olive salad and hummus to juicy grilled lamb and tender chicken breast pieces in a creamy sauce, the recipe of which comes from the grandmothers’ generation in the mountains of Syria.
